Yeah, since RE4 was very successful, why not this game? I hope there will be a PAL release of this game.

As far as I know they said they have no plans on releasing this outside Japan.

Just get the GC release if you want it in PAL, there is nothing at all that has been added to this. There will be no motion controls either. I think there is an English option, the trailer for this seems to have English voices or text, can't remember.

It's just a port. When I first heard about it I thought it was going to be RE4 style and was really looking forward to it, but then I was let down when they showed the trailer on their site.

It could be a good idea to specify it (nuked reason : scrubbed)
because it could be nukked for a bad dump, and if we think it's because it's scrubbed it will not work even if we try it.
just to make differences, if we know it.

Not all Japanese releases are scrubbed. Any scrubbed Wii release will be nuked, regardless of it's region

pretty much all japanese releases are scrubbed. i'd say atleast 8 out of 10. anyway, the easiest solution would be to just ignore the scrubbing and and not list them as nuked.

Afaik only TMD pre scrubbed releases. Someone needs to tell them to pre the full ISO and pre the scrubbed version afterwards.
Not that they care about scene rules or stats (obviously).
Any release that isn't a complete 1:1 dump of the retail disc/cart gets nuked.

Im in the same boat as BigX.
Really been waiting for this game ever since I heard it was getting released, and since I loved RE4 on the wii so much I thought i'd give another RE a go. I kept putting it off and waiting for it to come to the wii, and its finnally here!

Its not RE4's 3rd person perspective, but it will still surely have the IR aiming thing right?

I sounded like talking for Japanese release in general, but I wasn't. just a bad explanation of mine, sorry
