Yes noobie question I think, What is the DLC part? Do I install both WADs (GAME & DLC) to make a game work? And I guess my next question will be answered when I find out the answer of my first question.....why do some games don`t have the DLC?
Way to much pressure to post in the right category, sounding like a fool, etc..

DLC stands for Downloadable Content. It's extra features/levels for a game and by no means needed to play. If you install a WiiWare WAD, you can also install the DLC WAD to get the full features of the game.
