What is the best homebrew for running WII Ware and VC from a HDD or USB?

Ok I used the Nand dumper that was reccomended... it would freeze on ios249 so i chose ios36 will this still work? And yes I have the proper revision of waninko installed

showmiiwads can extract the needed files from ur bootmii nand dump, try that.
