Homebrew Wii U V5.5.4

I'm beginner and I need you help. I will buy Wii U from my friend the Deluxe Edition 32GB. Also, the Wii U has version 5.5.4.
I want to hack Wii U so that I play video games from external HDD. In addition, I downloaded three video games that they are not image iso. First video game is Super Mario Maker have got three folder (meta, content, code), second video game is Mario Kart 8 have got three folder (DLC, Update v64 EUR and Mario Kart 8 [AMKP0101] include (meta, content, code), third video game is 007 Legends US [000500001010E600] WUP-P-ASVE have got much files 0000000c.h3......00000019.h3, title.tik, title.cert, title.tmd and 00000000.app.
First of all, what need I install on Wii U? Can I play video games these on Wii U from external HDD?

You have loadiine games format, you will need to use sd card to read this.

To install games you need them in the WUP format (which is the format of your 3rd game). You can repack games with code,content and meta but it's a complicated process with downsides. I suggest you redownload MK8 and mario maker the same way you downloaded 007Legends
