ROM Hack Wii U USB Helper Problem!!!

Hi Guys!

I have a problem with wii u usb helper I have Windows 10.
Whenever the program tries to start the error message is shown in the photo. I hope you can help me

Nintendo 3DS games cannot be downloaded with Wii U USB Helper or any other tool that relies on Nintendo's servers to download titles without proof of purchase.

As of system update 11.8.0-41, the 3DS sends new required title information in download requests to Nintendo's servers, which includes the title's ticket. Tickets are signed and cannot be feasibly forged, they also contain data such as original console id, which means that if shared, they can easily be blacklisted and the console of origin banned. Similar to Nintendo Switch per-console certificates.

Hello thank you for the info! But why can my friend from Germany still load the games via Wii U USB Helper 3ds games? he tested it yesterday and goes 1A!

I have no idea if you're friend is telling the truth or not. It doesn't really matter though even if he is all that matters is it's not working for you and you can find the games elsewhere just use Google.

The goal should be to get the games you want not trying to force usb helper to give them to you because as far as i know it does not work on there.
