I'd get it, unless you can buy a switch on hax FW and don't mind waiting. If you haven't played any Wii U games, I'd get the Wii U and by the time you play every game you've wanted, you might have enough to buy a Switch.

If you like Nintendo games, then the Wii U is the best console that Nintendo has ever made. You can practically play every single game on the Wii U that Nintendo has made over the past 30 years. The only exception is Switch titles. If you are into some of the retro stuff, you can also play Atari, commodore, apple, Sega, etc games on the Wii U via emulation. The Wii U is by far the best bang for the buck when it comes to any Nintendo console.

I agree with you in fact the wiiu is my favorite console since i rather play big AAA titles on my pc instead of xbox or ps4

Not a good deal per say. Get it directly from Nintendo for warranty purposes https://store.nintendo.com/ng3/browse/subcategory.jsp?categoryId=cat570935. If you are going to hack it and play a bunch of Wii U or GCN or Wii games, then it's worth it. If it's for online play, most people are moving to the Switch, as the online games on the Wii U exist on the Switch.

It's a good deal if you don't care all that much about Miiverse. I love the wii u, but when it loses miiverse in around a week i feel that the console will die a bit. It's so lonely without all those people in you games to cheer you on or make offensive posts

You can install some games on a 32GB model but you are going to run out of space very quickly.

well you need the gamepad for homebrew and just might want to look for a cheap pro controller somewhere else
