Hacking Wii U n64 wup inject - help

Hello i want to convert/inject n64 Roms in a wup installer File. I searched a Lot, but found nothing (a Tutorial or so..)

The gist of it is:

Unpack an N64 VC, go to the ROM folder, and replace the file there with an N64 ROM renamed. Then repack and you have a working N64 VC.

But i think i need for every VC a new title ID/Ticket ?!

You can unpack it using cdecrypt, and pack with nuspacker.

Its a shame we haven't got an app similar to @KhaderWelaye WiiInjector app, if you ask him nicely he might even put one together for you, it would be an idea I'm sure it works in a similar way?

The rom must be in which format, .n64 or .z64?

It would also be nice if someone made a Wii U install-able version of Not64. This way we could also play N64 rom hacks like Star Road and Last Impact with the gamepad, that wouldn't normally work with VC injection.
