Wii U modding HB app store is missing

I tried this three different times to add the HM store
with tiramisu using the mii maker and then with an app and then just reading github but I just can not figure this out. It is not on here . I swear i put the files one here put I just am missing something. This should be really simple. My wii u has been modded before and I have a modded 3dsxl. My poor wii u is basically naked modded with no HB store

I am on the U version if that matters it is just that my wii u is modded but no hb store.
It is like a great cake but no cake

Dont know atm if there is a channel for the HB store. As standard there need to be the files on SD Card in e.g wiiu/apps/hb_store and if launching the Homebrew launcher you can launch the HB store from within there.

Yes
There are files missing apparently, I think that what that means
I skipped the step when I was supposed to load the tiresome environment form the health and safety (am I I saying this right)
but it just went back to the wii U menu and not to the next step

sorry for them being out of order
but the first one is what I am missing, after i selected tiramisue , i was kicked backed to the wii u menu, and the rest are capture of the sd card.

apparently, on your photos, nothing is missing

since you have used Tiramisu, launch ""Mii editor"" from the wii U menu, you will see your applications appear on your SD card.

this is how I operate.

No I did not solve this, zI never HB my stuff.
My brain hurts, trying to figrue what is missing, thhe wiiu still will not load tiramisu. I am slowly going insane
