Do I need to tell it to you, or does it suffice to say that they found a solution for 4.5+ firmwares shortly after he released his Ninjhax? ... Come on. He and Yellows8 even released info IIRC on how the keystore etc. was not being cleared properly after use on N3DSs. Guess what that info is being used for

I would like to add to this. Gateway also announced a new update that would work on firmwares up to 10.3 only a couple days after guess what, when Smea detailed how to exploit the ARM 11 kernal in detail at that hackers convention.

Huh? What do you download from Nintendo? I didnt download shit from them to install rxTools.

2. Run cdn_firm.py in the "Tools" folder. It will generate a firm folder in the same folder that cdn_firm.py is in. The firm folder must go into the rxTools folder like so: SD:/rxtools/firm

Yep, that's the file I had started thinking about. I use an exe for that. In any case, tubehax isn't for your pc anyway, its for your 3ds/wiiu. So it shouldn't cause a problem getting that regardless. Blocking the update urls in your router as you do would though.

I was talking about how blocking updates from nintendo could interfere with the installation of cfw for the 3ds. which may be quite relevant info since i guess a lot of people following this thread have both WiiU and 3ds-consoles

I'm asking how because, I'm not even sure if it's needed for loadiine. All this i'm doing is for loadiine. Blocking nintendo updates is part of this thread too, which I did and that's why I can't make an ID. Plus there isn't any thread that talks about this.

Honestly you guys need to chill, the whole point of this thread was to help people homebrew their Wii U and there was a lot of people that were not even talking about this, or just complimenting. Obviously I'm not just asking how to make an ID I mean that's simple. Update and make one. But this is about homebrew. I'm asking how to make an ID without update, as in a hack. Like doesn't take much to even know what i'm talking about.

To create a nnid you just need to spoof the system versión to 5.5.0 and use nnupatch to access eshop
