look at the n3ds clock unlock app you can play fine normal 3ds games with extra processing power and the games look better and have fewer framerate drops sure some badly coded games might crash but that is becuase devs didnt had a clock check on their games,

Despite my obsessive reading of the 3DS forums I must have missed this, got a link?

I mean, theoretically with an IOSU exploit you could just edit the NAND to install it but that's a ways away.

so how far has hykem got documenting 3.x iosu exploit and then porting it 5.3.2?

and with iosu exploit on 3.x - shouldn't hykem have all the required keys, ancast etc.?

you need a iosu kernel exploit to have the keys in the first place. Hykem has the command to dump the OTP, the webkit exploit, the ppc kernel exploit and a iosu user exploit. however, he does not have a iosu kernel exploit.

I'm very surprised users are being so blatant at this time using hacks online when the exploit is so limited to a few people on FW5.3.2 spoofed. Nintendo can easily look at note down the online hackers and with an immediate life ban will be put in place!. I would not even consider using any sort of online hacks until its been more used and more well known about within games online. By the way that note has come from a Miiverse Nintendo executive, its not good! they may look like a regular person but you can always spot them in Miiverse, dark long hair with glasses and also always wear blue dresses for some odd reason, they usually stand out a mile.

Edit: Please stop online cheating of any sort! just until more information is known to all of us. This really could affect future development for all of us that enjoy it so much. Nintendo could easily put a stop to all this in the next update, if you think that they won't then your very wrong?. If we just go ahead and abuse this system online what we have already then Nintendo will not give us a second chance, it will just get destroyed on the spot! STOP ONLINE CHEATING NOW BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!!

Does your post mean that the vWii softmod no longer requires using one of these exploits, or am I just wishfully thinking?

You will still need the physical games to exploit the vwii for now.

I don't plan on hacking but should I avoid buying splatoon now? Don't want to get locked out of online but damn that sucks

The group of people you last played with are put in your plaza so you can get their equipment, so the simple solution is to wait for a player using the octoling to leave and player another around.
Or wait for Nintendo to fix this issue.
