I mean I can bypass it pretty easily, it's like they don't even realize I can run code or how much power I have :P
So do you mean a Miiverse console ban or an online play console ban (or both)?

And how can it be bypassed? Is it by changing a value similar to the NIM patching used to access the eShop on lower 3DS firmwares? And if it is just service patching the online features, then could this also work on a 3DS with kernel access?

If this means that a foolproof method to bypass all Miiverse console and perma bans is possible, then I think that every single disgusted Wii U and 3DS Miiverse user (which is nearly all of them after some despised new restrictions that were added over the last few months) will soon have an extremely strong incentive to get consoles with kernel exploits...

So Whats the progress of 5.3.2 and 5.4 kernel exploit? I see few youtubers using smashbros wiiu custom music. Is there any info on that?

I recently completed a new kernel exploit that's more reliable, but 5.4.0 support is still very unstable. We're still determining when to release everything.

The Wii had the 3 ban types MAC address, Wii friend code and serial number.

On the Wii U I can imagine that it's similar but instead of console identifier they probably ban the Nintendo Network account name because that's their new way of console friends management. :P

But you can play again with another nnid account :D

I already have someone helping us with that, and we've been working on it recently.

What if Nintendo patches the kernel exploit with a new FW as soon as it is out?
Are there more than one stably exploitable bugs known?
I'm worried that we can't do any RAM hacking to the new Star Fox and Zelda game :(

i want start hacking wii u, cause i did it with acnl and i love using hxd. If you need PAL bug testers, i can try to help! ♥ :D

If you don't need to get the digital version I don't get your concern! :P
Just leave the firmware on your console that works! ;)
And if it asks for updates and won't start the game else, just setup a fake-Access Point in the WiFi settings and you're good to go! ;)

I highly doubt that the Wii U won't let you play an offline-only game without updating.
It does! ;)
If there's a new update, before starting the software it says sth like:
"There's a new update, please update it or you can't play!"

I wasn't able to play Hyrule Warriors after the 5.4.0 update release until I figured: "Hey, I can just make a fake-connection and play!"

And since cygwin/libwiiu-compilation didn't work for me for a long time and Xenobalde Chronicles is released on the eshop now, I was virtually forced to update! :D

But disk updates. Imagine the the kernel exploit would come soon and the new Zelda game would come with a new FW on its disk that patches the exploit's bug
