Yea, it'll be rendering and reading lots of files on the world map, title screen or selecting a save would probably be the best point.

I believe on a menu of a game.

In my end, title screen of mk8 works.
Virtual console savestate menu works.

Also, I found the rom of donkey kong 64

I tried the mode selection menu on Hyrule Warriors (Legend, Free, Adventure, etc.). Perhaps the changing images on the DLC advertisement were causing a problem?

I wonder if I should try it on a different menu, such as the settings one...

Thanks, the best use I see with it is that you can dump a file and then just edit it to try directly file replacement, without switching from TCPGecko to cafiine.
I also added a way to dump files slowly as it seems that some file freeze the console when read too fast (just use "-request_slow" instead of "-request")
To dump many files, it's certainly better to use TCPGecko however.
Also I noted that cafiine can dump files from folder "vol/storage_mlc01" but I don't know exactly what is it for.

MLC01 Is the internal eMMC as far as I know, and if you go into a game and then reboot the system menu it'll load a bunch of stuff from there. In some games it loads like a dat for NFC and stuff which was what I was after.

When I have cafiine set up and laucn the game I can see a vew files the system loads. but then I can see error messages in cafiine that the connection was lost and the game freezes. I just wanted to replace files in Wind Waker. I've been using this:

New version of cafiine for fw 5.3.2, which allow dumping game files.

Basically, how to dump a file :
- create an empty file with the name of the file you want followed by "-request"
- ex: 00050000-1010ED00\vol\content\audio\stream\Title_WU.aa.32.dspadpcm.bfstm-request to dump the title song of MK8
- when the game open the requested file, the server creates a new file in the same folder with the filename followed by "-dump"
- ex : 00050000-1010ED00\vol\content\audio\stream\Title_WU.aa.32.dspadpcm.bfstm-dump

The archive contains :
- the source code
- the html file already compiled.
- the new cafiine server required to dump files

Cafiine now saves logs.

Well, all error messages are translated from German to English. Don't wonder if they don't match with yours.
the [0] .txt contains:
/vol/storage_mlc01/sys/title/0005001b/1004F000/content/00/swkbd/swkbd.pack
[0] No data can be read from the transfer connection: A prior connection from the remotehost has been disconnected.

I have used the following folder structure to replace one level. But it will be loaded much later. So the file itself can't be the reason because it wasn't touched:
00050000-10143600\Common\Stage\LinkRM_Room0.szs

If it's ok I would like to make a request for DLC files. That being the DLC for Sonic Lost World.

markus95,you have to do it repetedly,to be sure it will remove all.

you dont get it your idea doesnt work at all, to enter e shop not only do you need to download the update but also install it fully, only when your system says its on 5.5.0 fully installed is when e shop will let you in, so your idea doesnt work at all, you will just get inoocent people on 5.5.0.
