YouTube SR Wii U (Modernized YouTube) I'm excited to announce a mini-project I've been working on: YouTube SR Wii U! It's the familiar YouTube app, but with modern graphics. I not only updated the initial graphics displayed when you launch the app (The images are at the end of the post so you can see a preview of what I did.), but also several internal elements, such as the boot sound, etc. I'll let you discover the rest for yourself! This app is based on the latest version of YouTube for Wii U and is region-free, so it doesn't matter if you have a US, Japanese, or European console; it will all work. The app is packaged in WUP format, so you can install it like any other app or game using your preferred installer. Please leave any feedback in the comments of this post. (Note: You still need to use the GiveMiiYouTube plugin. This is a graphics update, so the code remains unchanged. I encourage you to read the README for the release on GitHub to understand everything.) GBATemp won't let me upload the file directly because it has a very low file size limit, so you'll have to go to GitHub to download it. I know it's something very simple, but I wanted to contribute to the community; for me, it's an achievement to be able to share it. Edit: Due to intellectual property reasons and to avoid future problems, I decided to remove this mod while I investigate the matter further, I will probably make the modified files available for download soon, so as not to distribute the complete application. You will need to have your Wii U modifiedI'll make a tutorial since you'll need to use FTPii to replace application files.

I accidentally posted this in the regular wii section first. My problem is last night I bought an eshop game for my daughter. It froze during startup. Un installed update, tried again, same problem. That was on my external hard drive. I deleted the game, and powered off the system. Started it up again without hard drive. Downloaded game to systems memory. Same problem. I have many other retail disc games and eshop games and all work fine except this one. What should I do? Thought about reporting it to nintendo but they'll probably want me to send it in for repair which would cost me $50-100+. It's only the one digital game giving me issues. All others work fine. My system is fully updated and I don't have homebrew or anything like that on my console. I even bought a couple more eshop games after that one and they worked fine. It's not a game that I'm worried about, it was for my daughter. I'm worried about my system and if this is going to be a problem with future games I purchase.
