i get a wii u eruop when i turn it on the dvd dont spin and have no power
is there any fuse to check on the motherboard

yah and i tried a driver for my friend wiiu the wii u is powering on but the drive dont spin when i remove it it gave my the error of no drive . so the problem is no power to the drive

So you have different errors with and without the drive? It should be the same error if the drive gets no power.

the voltage for pin 1 to pin 15 are present the rest got -3.3 v . but the strange thing there is no 3.3v on pin 21 and that's always on as it said

I rechecked all the pins again like the diagram all the Power rails present so the fault must my in the driver bord . What should I check next . Or is there a simple way to remarry a new drive .

Maybe you have to make a choice，you can disables the disc drive by UDPIH and minute_minute , but you will lose vWII.
Or try fix the optical drive，I'm not sure if this is a good idea for you

The wiiu is working good with the old drive but the problem I can't use the disks . I guess I will sell it and get another console

Why do you need it to read the discs? As long as it is detected, then vWii will work.

Since the Wii U discs are failing left and right now, you probably just want to dump them once anyway and then install them. And for dumping you can use your friends Wii U
