Hacking Wii U CBHC error -3 black screen while booting

Hi everyone!
I tried to turn on my Wii U after a lot of years, and it boots to a black screen showing "-3". It has CHBC installed, if you need more info, here's the list of files in the SD card:

Apparently it works, in fact I managed to boot without the SD card pressing the home button and manually selecting "boot sysmenu", and on the next boot with the SD card it just worked!
