Wii U bricked at setup process

Hi guys,
I have a Wii U that was factory reset and now there is the famous 160-0103 error code.
When starting the system, everything is alright, but when I get to the Mii Maker, the consol crashes.
I have tried it with UDPIH to get the syslogs, and it crashes here I think.
