A little info such as what apps exactly and what were you doing/installing before they disappeared??

That looks like a normal wii u menu and we have no idea what you expect it to look like!

this is a photo from another console , that other one was stitched , then it died and I restored it , but the applications were gone!

Remove region hax and then either delete the Wii U menu data, create a new user or do a factory reset
