Hardware Wii to Wii U transfer headaches

I've been googling it and trying shit for hours but nothing's working.

I'm trying to transfer my stuff from my Wii to my Wii U.

I made a NAND backup of my Wii so I can keep my save data on it for USB loader, etc.

I put the SD card (I've tried two different ones now) in the Wii U, make the transfer crap, put it in the Wii.

When I go to the second time the Wii connects the internet, it ALWAYS throws Error 202011.

I've installed IOS 62, I've updated IOS61, I've updated the Shop Channel...

What do I need to do?
