I have here my small contribution:
Summary for vague:
Tool to patch the wad of updates in the near future that we can prevent loading trucheadas ISOs.
This means that we can upgrade without fear teoricamente after using this tool.
This patched the tool. WAD’s systemmenu of updates to use any version of IOS.
Actually works with any WAD, but has special interest to patch the WiiSystemmenu-vXXX.wad.
Initial Problem:
It is matter of (little) while Nintendo of us (through updates) which implements a new Systemmenu the famous IOS37 preventing run our precious trucheadas ISOs.
Solution:
Well, to prevent this, and especially to see that although there is no similar tool, I decided a few days ago to create the wadpatcher Smile
After patching the WiiSystemmenu with this tool, and replace it with the Trout Signer again in our iso can be updated without fear of stay without a trucheable wii!
(I admit that I have created in part to be updated in the coming days my game with the coveted mario kart without fear Smile
So far I have tried to update with the Naruto Clash of Ninja Revolution PAL and works Smile_
Use:
The usage is simple: Basically we need to remove the RVL-WiiSystemmenu update of the partition of the signer trout (in this directory _sys)
Patching file with the wadpatcher said, and then re-replace the iso.
The tool itself notify you first what version of IOS uses the WAD you are going to patch, and leave you introduce the new version (recommended 30)
Note: you can actually abort the programme if you see that the reported version is less than or equal to 36, as they are not “dangerous”.
Sorry, no patched directly. Iso, what I have done in an afternoon and now I exam, so in the event that it proves useful hare “self-sufficient” for the moment requires the use of trucha signer.
CARE to put a version of IOS that do not have either installed the update comes in, we could brickear console.
