Hacking Wii system menu not loading

Where can I get v0.6 from? Seeing as it isn't on ModMii, I need a clean version. Oh yeah, despite cleaning my system out, I installed v0.4 again, same problem, system menu don't load, oh and when I get v0.6 I will delete the line from the .xml document.

I tried v0.6, did not work. it said no permission from nand, your IOS36 is not patched or something, but it is patched.
