Lets get this out of the way.
I am running 4.0, and I have neogamma and wii gators (orignal and 002 error).
When I boot it with wiigators 002, it still says 002 error.
As for Neogamma, it just reboots my wii. This is the only problem I have had recently. Any suggestions?
I got the iso from wiisos.com.

If I use 4.0 or 4.1 I have the same problem of rebooting if I use usb loader gx. It works just fine for me if I am using 3.2 or 3.3 using 002 fix.

try to load it with neogamma. Set video to disc, and turn on use alt dol. The go to load it and when it comes up and tells you the disc info, change the boot.dol to the player.dol and watch the wii motion video. Then it will go back to the sm, go back to neogamma and load it normally and play.

    Basically:

i burned the iso using imgburn.
I used neogamma to start it up with the following options:
    - Start game from DVD
    - 002 error fix ON
    - alternate dol => from disc (here change the boot.dol to player.dol with your arrow keys)
it boots and u have to watch an instruction video

after this u can reboot and load the game from usb-HD with no problems.

Maybe u dont need to burn the game but this is how i made it work.
