Is there a home brew appacation for wii speak? If so can I use any cam insteed of the wiis cam

This one probably not, sorry. Why? You would need an expensive Server, and even then you can't use WiiSpeak with Homerbrew, because no Library exists for it. And writing one is really, really hard.
