Hacking wii softmod internet question

I have a softmodded 4.3, with homebrew, and wiiflow
havn't tried yet

but if i go on the internet with the wii, home shopping channel, play games online, or just
basic internet, is it going to mess up my wii softmod???

No;

It is impossible for Nintendo to tell that you actually have a Soft Mod, and if they did know; they still can not do anything about it.

The only exception, is that if you go online with a USB loader, and start cheating. You will be banned from that game online. It could possibly be an IP ban, but I am yet to figure that out.

I agree with what EmbraceFiction said, if you're gonna play games fairly then you should be fine

Correct. You could update it, but it can kill your softmod. Simply update the channel if it's needed.

Start it, select any IOS, it will ask you if you want to use AHBPROT, say yes, select channels, select the channel you want to update, press plus and download from nus.
