Hacking Wii Remote doesn't work in the Homebrew channel?

Hello.

I have a problem.
I bought 2 new Wii Remotes, they have the Plus built-in, one is the version with the Toad and one is Yoshi.

The problem is, when I go to the Homebrew channel, they stop working, they keep flashing forcing me to reset the Wii.

Is there a way to get the Wiimotes to work in the Homebrew channel?

you will need to update the homebrew channel to the latest version. When home brewers got wii motes working they were not implemented correctly. some older homebrew wont work with them either.
