You just need a bluetooth adapter, so your pc can find wiimote and connect without problems

Well, once you get your cheap Blue Tooth adapter, and successfully manage to sync the Wii remote with the PC ( just like you would any blue tooth device ) you need a program called Glove Pie which will allow you to map your Wii remote to any keyboard keys and use it to play emulators or simple games.
More advanced scripts for Glove Pie support the nunchuk, Classic controllers and even guitar hero guitars.
