Same thing happend when I hacked a black wii (the fact its was a black one is NOT important, but I mean a "new" wii)
I've downgraded IOS36 (bad move with Dop-IOS) fixed boot1/2 refused to run downgraded IOSes (timing issues)
So my proposition: update your wii and hack it again (update will "recover" your bad IOS36)
Of course if you say MORE maybe we can help you
Anyway: never downgrade wii / IOS (exept IOS15 with TruchaBug Restorer)
