Wii Mini not powering

Hello, I have a Wii Mini that does not start. When I plug the PSU the red led flashes then it stays off. I have tried with two working PSU. I have cleaned with alcohol and visualy inspected the motherboard, repluged the bluetooth and the laser, changed cmos battery, no effect.

Do you have any ideas?

Try removing everything removable, actually - of course it won't go very far without a working bluetooth card, but it should definitely stay on (blue light), if it doesn't you have excluded those removable parts and that leaves the "fun" of fault finding on the motherboard (which will probably be in something not powered in standby mode, but it's not like saying this excludes much....)

I’m affraid it also does not have standby light with BT and optic drive removed. Sometimes I get a blue led with black screeen for a few secconds.
