Can't you dump it with hardmod technique? If i know, Wii Mini uses Flash memory.

Yes, but it's encrypted (not very differently from Vwii slccmp) so we would need some mix of bootrom/otp to dump the keys without xyzzy/bootmii...

IDK as I never use hardmods. It could be possible, but the simplest way to get the actual dump is to run a softmod.

You need a hardmod to run a softmod. Wii Mini does not have an SD card slot.
Even if one was soldered in, there's no guarantee the operating system retains the commands to read SD cards.

You could always try. I did this with a Android phone and it worked perfectly out-of-the-box.
