Homebrew Wii launcher error "Cannot use cheats, patches, or debugger.."

Title says it all, is there any fix to use? I used the Ocarina code manager on my computer to install the cheats and make it into a .gct file for sonic colors.
When i apply the cheats in Wii launcher it says "SD code found, Applying cheats..." and then the error comes and says "Cannot use cheats, patches, or debugger.." any fix to this?

another alterative title for this thread is What homebrew app can I use that actually works with motion plus remotes?

I've tried Gecko OS but it doesn't work with motion plus remotes(my wii model is a RVl-036) I tried Accio hacks and it doesn't work with motion plus remotes once again, i tried CFG loader and it uses the old gecko os cheats data base which is down, and can no longer install cheats ,I've tried usb loader GX but there is no options of using no cheats.
I tried neo gamma also and it doesn't work with motion plus controllers
