Hardware Wii hardware defect? I need some help here!

Hey all

I bought a used Wii, the guy who sold it stated it was bricked. Today it arrived and it seems to be a hardware fail? I have no idea at all tbh.

This is what happens when I turn it on:

Nothing, no signal, fan stays off, disc drive does not make any noise or accept discs. The state of the hardware is okay, I opened up everything and nothing weird. Also when I turn it on, the blue light of the disc drive shows up and does not turn off.

that's a full brick (black screen)

check if it has bootmii as boot2 (two flashes when you power the wii on) and/or priiloader

I would get a multimeter/voltmeter and check if the unit is getting power, also check the solder connections. If needed, desolder and resolder the wires back together.
