Hacking Wii games on Wii u menu

I'm using wii u usb helper to download Virtual console games to my wii u, however not all games i'm looking for are there, so I've been trying to download Wii Roms and convert them to WUP so it will be possible to put them on my wii u menu, however when i try to convert the games, it doesn't work
i'm using tecnomoon wiivc injector, found a tutorial on youtube, it says that you can convert Wii iso file to WUP but whenever i try to convert i get an error message and it gets stuck on convertion
tried 2 games and both failed, dbz budukai tenkaichi 3 and rayman origins if relevant
any help on how to solve the problem? or place to download the format available to install on wii u menu

it is true that I also used wbfs format. I'd imagine they work with iso files too, since you can actually extract the iso back out of an installed game using a different app. however, I had no problems with wbfs format (even changed the btsnd - boot sound - to one of the games, nsmb wii, to the music it plays when the disc is inserted).

Tried both iso and wbfs, same problems in both

I will try dragon ball z budokai tenkaichi 3 as I have that title. I had to use my redNAND icontex and boot logo files, since that's all I have on hand.
