Homebrew Wii Flow not working help!

Guys I update my Wii using Modmii an everything went smooth, I can play Wii games with no problem, but when I loaded Wii Flow it doesn't recognise my Gamecube games, I tried to install Dios Mios and I doesnt allow me to install it either, whats wrong???
