Hardware Wii files are corrupted on startup, savemii anytitledeleter

I got a wii that has this problem, i suspect the person tried to mod it but cant confirm
I used savemii and it displays the firmware so i got anytitledeleter and put it on sd card and restarted the wii but nothing happens

SaveMii doesn't support launching homebrew. What it does is it activates a diagnostic mode that allows updating the System Menu (and IOSes) from disc.

You'll need to get a disc that has a later version of the System Menu than what's being displayed onscreen. (If it says 4.3, you're out of luck, since that's the latest.)

Well, you're only out of luck if you don't have a NAND backup and/or nobody willing to flash said NAND backup, (it HAS to match your wii)
