I just bought RE4 Wii Edition, and it's very good! Warioware was also very good, a bit short though (a common problem with Warioware games) and not as good as the other games.
Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam gets an honorable mention. It's something new in the series, and the result is really good. So you can at a vote for that game too.
I've yet to play Metroid Prime 3... I'll vote for it when I have it.
