The error it gives me is "Exception (DSI) occured!" Then it has a bunch of random letters and numbers. It skips a line and has some lines of numbers and letters pointing to other lines of numbers and letters. Then it says "CODE DUMP:" with even more letters and numbers. I have no way of turning off my Wii from this screen other than manually doing it.

I am never been able to dump on the SD only Wi-Fi, but I didn't know I have to format to FAT16 the SD, I'll try and post result...!!!

use ImgBurn and press "Create and ISO from Disc", voila..!!

It sounds like to me that your problem is that although your are at 3.2 of the firmware your IOS's have been patched and no longer have the signing bug....

Use waninkokos IOS Downgrader (IOS NOT CIOS) to downgrade your IOS's and then reinstall the CIOS....

try using this guide if you need help or some explanation.....

After downgrading my Wii's IOS's with IOS Downgrader 1.0 and reinstalling cIOS rev7, I still get the same error. Any other ideas?

Try Anyregion changer to downgrade to a lower firmware then use it again to upgrade to 3.2 then use IOS Downgrader the ios's....

let me know via a private msg if it work or not an ill get back to you faster....
