Hardware Wii disc read error?

My Wii is having trouble reading burned game discs. It would often during load times pop up with a Wii disc read error randomly. I am using Nero 7 and memorix DVD-Rs (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817501011). My modchip is Wiikey 1.9s.... Does anyone have any ideas?

Switch from Memorex to something more of the quality, such as Verbatim .

If that does not work it may be the lens of your wii drive, which is the same problem my wii has. Apparently it can be replaced for $30-50, I havent tried it yet tho. In my case 95% of my wii does do not work properly, including originals.

I think it might be the media I am using... Does anyone know verbatim DVD-rs with the printable hubs?
