Homebrew Wii Classic Controller/SNES Controller remapping ?

I want to play Mario Kart Wii (CTGP) with an SNES Classic Controller but I can´t use the Dpad.
Does an Homebrew application exist where I can remapp the Dpad to an analog stick ?
