Gaming Wii Channel Problem

Hello
I have a problem with 2 of my wii channels.
When i open photo channel or wii shop channel
the console restarts.
Then it goes back to the wii menu.

Please HELP!!

Perhaps you are missing necessary IOS?

It was also with homebrew channel
I updated to 4.3 waninkoko
I deleted wads with homebrew channel
And i have the same problem then i deleted it
But i dint knew it bannerbomb wont work on 4.3 waninkoko

PLEASE HELP!!!
