Hardware Wii buzzing?

ok so whenever i put a disk in my wii it buzzes but i noticed that when i put backup disks in they didint? im using memorex dvd-r single layer any help appreciated

just a noisy disc drive. It happens to most wiis after using them for a while. That's the reason I use USB loading instead of disc loading.

    Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it.
