i got a friends wii over (3.3e) and softmodded it.
everything worked fine the whole time he was here. usbloader works, preloader works, mplayer works, etc...
so he happily drove home. as he arrived he calles me he tried to plug in his wii to his lcd but he only gets black screen.
he said the feels the controls are working, because of the vibration when he moves the wiimotes over the channels (he thinks).
i have an old crt tv, could it be that the wii switched the videomode at my home so his lcd tv cant recognise the videoinput?
