Wii Backups get u b&?

YAY! its one of my first posts and it's yet it's in the offtopic section O_OXD
anyway! i was always wondering if anyone ever got banned for playing backup copies online on NWFC. But since nintendo is not hackproof
i dont think so neither have I had experienced this yet.... sooo share with me your opinions guyz.
