Hacking Wii Backup Manager for Mac

Hi please excuse me if this is not the right place to ask. I am trying to get my homebrew working; I am almost done doing all the ModMii steps and am trying to set up my external hdd, but unfortunately the iso i want to play is over 4gigs so I need to split it into 2 parts.

Does anyone know a solution for someone who is running mac osx?

Do you know where I am supposed to put hte split iso file now? just in the root of the usb?

edit: there are other paths that work too, but I only know about the one I posted. The games should be in /WBFS/ though.
