    So the mods are practically safe
  • Skv0ra @ Skv0ra:
    or, and to date my fave, Magneto with the mag firing button you could spin about would come fully unthreaded and basically stick in ON position
  • realtimesave @ realtimesave:
    idk how I'm getting ripped off $1.35 Xiami Mi USB type C data/charging cable
  • Veho @ Veho:
    I'm in the whole Nerf modding scene and exploding batteries are still a thing even with decades of tech advancements.

    and physical durability
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
    Had it happen to me with a ripped battery luckily wasn't major

  • Skv0ra @ Skv0ra:
    especially if its LONG
  • realtimesave @ realtimesave:
    @Skv0ra I'm not too worried about it, xiaomi makes good quality cables

  • Veho @ Veho:
    People all have a hardon for Li-poly batteries that require so much additional electronics and equipment to charge, and even then they use fireproof bags to charge and store them in because they tend to go boom for no reason.

  • Skv0ra @ Skv0ra:
    @Veho,
    squishy lipos and knowing how to use standalone custom chargers, is NOT for your average Nerf herder brain to comprehend. Coming from 10th scale RCs - we know how to work em.

    Those disposable vapes are probably the safest option for nicotine replacement these days

  • Skv0ra @ Skv0ra:
    @realtimesave,
    but how do you know you're getting genuine ones?
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Not my thing, if they can't take repurposed laptop Li-ions then I'm not into them.
  • realtimesave @ realtimesave:
    @Veho people already having R36S lithium batteries balloon on them.. that's what u get for a sub-$20 handheld game system I guess lol
  • Skv0ra @ Skv0ra:
    @Veho,
    because MO POWA, less space, and tricky part is having a control board to monitor highs and lows, but MO POWA, less space, less weight

    I AMERICAN I WANT MY TYPEC RECHARGEABLE RUGER WITH HALLOW POINTS

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
    @K3Nv3, I never stick with disposables anymore, not only you're paying more but you get about an hour or twos worth for half vape juice, and not even re-chargeable.
  • Skv0ra @ Skv0ra:
    that does remind me to find my charger and service a couple RCs i have
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Yeah that makes a difference for R/C cars and drones but the few extra grams don't make a difference with foam shooters.
  • Skv0ra @ Skv0ra:
    @K3Nv3 not wrong...
  • Veho @ Veho:
    It's not like you won't be able to lift them if they weigh an extra ounce.
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
    They're worth it for people that don't sit there and chug down nicotine all day
  • Skv0ra @ Skv0ra:
    @Veho power does. that auto box WILL shoot harder and faster with more voltage
