Wii #1942 - Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing (Europe)

Nostalgia factor of average games. Its not bad, its sonic.

The framerate is very choppy.. reminds me of some bad PSX racers. Not smooth like Mario Kart Wii, or even F-Zero GX (Gamecube). Controls suck. I wonder if the framerate is affected by me running this PAL game on my USA system menu Wii?

This game on Wii is a disgrace.
On PS3 however it's a totally different story. Suddenly the drifting thing makes sense and there is a real feel of speed.
It would be epic if Mariokart had a PS3 makeover.

Damn I have to wait for this to be dumped for USA. Stupid WiiKey 2 doesn't support region patching with 4.2U. Sokay I guess...

Nah the Wii version is a toned down version of its next gen counterparts. Dunno what made you think they would be the same. But even on the Ps3 and 360 it isnt much better and is graphicly average for the hardware that is running it. As far as the controls go, feels the same to me.

This game is pretty good, i dont think its as good as mario kart but its still fun to play!

I have this game on the wii and ps3, And i have more fun playing with the wii wheel than the ps3 duel shock and i even think the remote and nunchuk is more comfy to use than their controller.
The one thing i dont like is its sometimes hard to seee where to go next monkey ball courses are the worst, But once you learn the tracks this is a non issue.

I tried 13-17 and couldnt get wifi to work (well it would work but I couldnt start a game. When the game starts I got kicked from the game (every time)) The only way I was able to play was by running the game thru ios223.
