Its said to be a bigger game.

General Features

* New and numerous questions for more challenge over the popular Wii Ware version: Over 4,000 brand new exclusive questions as well as 70% more localized questions for each region and its audiences.
* Features 2 brand new categories for more density: Music and Movies.
* Difficulty adapts to the players question within a session, and keeps track of each players’ answers from a session to another.
* Enhanced production value with enhanced graphics and menus.
* More diversified gameplay: In between quiz waves, the last player can choose to play the next round in his favorite category. Two additional multiplayer modes -- last one standing (quiz attack x4) and face-off (duel mode) -- add to the party options.

I did enjoy playing the WiiWare game with the Mrs but I think I'll only "burn" this game, doesn't sound like its worth £20 let alone the £30 asking price.
