After playing Tiger Woods '07 and '08 it's time for the latest installment 2009.

Last night I played a quick match 18 holes course, just to get the feel again.
The controls are as much fun as the other releases, but this year's controls are even better.
The putting is a little harder, but much more realistic!!

When I was done, i played a match online against somebody, and this
is where this year's release shines.
In a matter of seconds the server coupled me to someone, and in no time we
were standing on the course playing against eachother.

If you're a fan of the series, you've got to have this year's release !!

My rating a fat 9!

Could you only play as Tiger Woods when online? I can't see how to change character. I've played ranked and unranked.

It looks like it's all one server too, Brits can play Americans. If you make an EA Nations account with the NTSC game, it lets you use the same account with the PAL disk.

Good game though, I agree.

You can play with other characters or as your own profile, just use the arows when you can select the player (when you see Tiger)

This has no update as far as I can tell , I run 3.2E, and it didn't update.


I really love this game!!
played allot online past weekend, just great.

EA has a fantastic online server, Nintendo can really learn from them.
Every EA game I played online worked great (Medal of Honor Heroes 2, Tiger 2009, Fifa2008)
Every Nintendo game I played online worked half (Mario Kart, Smash Brawl)

It has an update but I don't know which one. I used WIU, which is a brickblocker and it said there was and patched it for me.
