Fish eye lens. The entire 'The Dog' series is based on it. It's a psychological effect that gives them the qualities of babies(big heads, big eyes...) People inherently gravitate towards it.

I'm not sure who its developer is, but this was actually published in Japan by Yuke's of all people. They're most known in the USA for the Smackdown wrestling games.

Sorry..forgot to add this before. I tried this PAL version a while back using regionfrii and wiibrickblocker, but all I got was a black screen..that's why I want the NTSC release. My son has been asking for it for a while now.
