We use proper English spelling not Americanised English. It's 'honour' instead of 'honor'. That should be what this game is called if released in a PAL region.

His point was that if "Medal of honor" sounds strange for people from the UK, what should it be for french people ?
Actually, nobody cares in France, a title is a title, and "l'appel du devoir" or "la médaille de l'honneur" would seem really worse than the (americanised) english titles...
