I live in England, and I have noticed that when playing against randomly selected players on (U) games, it won't work at all, no matter how long I wait. However, on (E) games, it works completely as it should. Also, region doesn't seem to matter when using friend codes. Does the region have to be the same as where you are connecting from? Anyone else getting this? Thanks.

Are you using a DSi or Lite/original?
Might not matter at all.. but I've heard of issues with imports on DSi's.
I have a DS lite and Phantasy Star Zero and finding random players has been fine for me.

I went to a garage sell last saturday, and the lady had a PS2 for sale, but she had a sign on it that said "Nintendo -$50", had to laugh, almost bought but she didn't know if worked, and she didn't have controller or cables, so I passed.
