Misc wifi on my dsi

i got a weird problem.

i just gut my dsi yesterday. and i wanted to set up the wi-fi. it succeeded. (with my wireless network and stuff.)
but when i want to connect the DSI shop it gives me errors. not just one but it different every time.
like unable to connect to the internet or unable to connect to the server.
that also applies to the software update.

but when i put in pokemon to go online it works. i tryed to battle online and it worked even with the voice chat.

is my dsi broken or what? the nintendo servers did not went offline. or do i need to forward ports or something?

i think the second one because i cant do an software update either.

this has nothing to do with this post ralph but im hating you right now because of that 8.07 mb/s download speed although .88 upload isn't great
